At Dilbagh Sweets, every product is freshly prepared using premium ingredients and traditional recipes. Due to the perishable nature of sweets and food items, we follow a strict return and cancellation policy to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.
Store / Outlet Orders
- Orders can be cancelled within 60 seconds of billing.
- Full refund will be provided if cancelled within this time.
- No cancellations once preparation/packing has started.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.
Online / Delivery Orders
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 3–5 working days.

Damaged / Incorrect Orders
- Report issues within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Applicable for items that are:
